Is 3 days a week considered regular?

What kind of money is "rewarded well"?

(Disclaimer: i'm unqualified and useless to you, just curious.)

5 days a week and  3 days a week so one is full time and one is part time but if every week going forward both would be considered regular. Subbing decent climber £150-250 a day depending where in the uk

I suggested 3 days upwards to give potential suitors the flexibility, as some individual's like to have a mix of different businesses, preferably I would want 5 days a week for continuity.

In relation to the rates, I understand that this is a very skilled job which I think is often underappreciated and overlooked by employers and general public. As I previously mentioned, if I can source the right Applicants' with a great work ethic, good moral compass then this will be rewarded well.

I wasn't having a go at you or being sarcastic, sorry if it came across that way, just actually curious.
