  3. I suggested 3 days upwards to give potential suitors the flexibility, as some individual's like to have a mix of different businesses, preferably I would want 5 days a week for continuity. In relation to the rates, I understand that this is a very skilled job which I think is often underappreciated and overlooked by employers and general public. As I previously mentioned, if I can source the right Applicants' with a great work ethic, good moral compass then this will be rewarded well.
