Greenmech 15-23 34hp turbo Fuel filter

Can anyone please give me a code for an 'off the shelf' fuel filter for mt Greenmech 15-23?

 It's the 34 HP one with a turbo. I know it's old but I've had it over 10 years and it's sooooooo reliable.

 

The one that I last fitted (Crossland) is only produced by Eura car Parts and I'm not really happy with their quality.

They can't/wont give me a cross reference for a decent make such as Framm, QH, Mann etc.

 

I would go to Greenmech but can't be ....... with the ordering via an agent then waiting for delivery.

Go to any kubota dealer, groundcare, digger or tractor. They will have them on the shelf at half decent price!

Give GreenMech a call on Monday  , they are in the middle of stock taking but may be able to help..

Jase just told me that it is not a Kubota!  Sorry....

You should be able to cross reference on the internet maybe worth a try if you got filter number.

Its a Briggs Daihatsu so a Briggs dealer should be able to help..

What was the Crossland part number, is it an Isuzu engine?

Took mine to auto parts place and they had loads in stock. Think it's pretty standard part. Possibly off a Vauxhall as well ( think some of these run isuzu 3 pots)

Thanks for the replies.

I found a cross reference and a local motor factors had a 'Wix' one in stock.

Only problem now is it is much wider than the original so would rub on the chassis.

 

I will try Greenmech tomorrow.

Shane , if it rubs the chassis can you not space the filter head out from it enabling you to fit that filter ?

From memory the filter head simply bolted to the chassis with two 8mm bolts ?

And I have a feeling the genuine Briggs filter was stupidly expensive.
