I've changed the post now to save upsetting you....

If I said "I took the police to court" then I would be a bulls***er. If I said persecuted I could have asked for an apology or cut their hands off, or been abusing them racially for the last century. Get of your high horse before you have a nasty fall 🙄

Good man, can't have people getting upset on here. Whatever next. I'm not a lawyer, but ...

Not much of a persecution. Definitely not a criminal prosecution. Not even a civil action. Well done for going to any amount of effort to hold the goon accountable though.

I asked because I’m interested in your legal chops after that other thread about employment/freelancing/subcontracting. You’re the same as Khriss on here. You’ve clearly been on a course or something and know some things about some law but you lack the (absolutely essential) context of how it all goes together. I detect a sense of justice and would encourage you to learn the system from the ground up. Any book called The English Legal System or similar will give you a good start.

So what actually is yr field on here in a tree related fashion ?  I am seeing a lot of talk. And opinion.  K

I found it quite funny tbf. Paddy was obviously very pleased with himself for "persecuting the police".

AAHP was just calling him on it.

I wasn't really showing off about the police thing. I was more on about the fact that I have submitted CCTV footage to the police from my unsigned cameras and they didn't complain about it at all or say that what I was doing was in any way illegal even though the footage was placed against them. I know that if I said about submitting it as a complaint to the police I would be asked about the backstory. Next time I'll just say "I submitted CCTV from my unsigned cameras to the police before without recourse" and then spend half my day explaining what happened when people inevitably ask which to be fair, would have been easier than being called a bull shitter for telling the truth about my experience 😂🙄

Paddy, I think he was trying to help.

I've got no beef with Joe, It's not him saying that I don't know what me or Khriss are talking about, calling me a bull shitter, complaining about spelling or which words I decide to use. I didn't mean anything bad towards Joe by my post.

I've just noticed recently this forum seems to have some "Hostile elements" 😂 Are people having a bad Christmas?

The OP obviously thought that the felling licences were a way of buying trees off the government to chop down not that you had to own the forest first, he got off lightly. Other guys have joined asking for help with something like a tree badly pruned by gypsies and made out to be an idiot by people. Just seems harsh, these are only people looking for help 🤷‍♂️
