I've got the details/form to return your boots directly to meindl, happy to email it over if anyone wants it.

You can send em a pic of your boots first to check if they're repairable to save wasted postage.

Thanks chaps. I am evaluating a new pair of boots. The soles rotted on my last pair of eltens. The are probably 13 yr old. They are battered. It's bin time

The sole on mine has began to separate! only 8 months old, not very happy with the build quality to be honest.

That's what happened to my last pair very quickly. Rubbish!

So I replaced them with a pair of Air streams. Oops!

I sent meindl an email regarding the fault, but they just told me to contact the retailer I bought them from as they should be the one to sort it out. apparently they have a 2 year guarantee.

Done. Not sure where I got it from doesn't actually say Meindl on address but think it's the right place

Thanks it is. It's just down the road from me and my mates sister works there. I didn't realise that's who would do it. Thanks for the form.
