Off to South Devon to see the old folk tomorrow, Mum has dementia and lost the ability to be creative in the kitchen and gets upset if Dad starts.... Vat of Rogan Josh with local rules applied to be potted up for their freezer! Dad has a 'procedure' next week and cannot eat spicy or fatty foods so a chicken/leek/mushroom thing in a Mediterranean tomato sauce on pasta to do when I get there!
