Drill a hole in the sink and fit a waterproof natural light near the plug hole ,would make a great reflector to top up the old vit D!

I hope mrs logbaron does not read this or we all be in trouble. If any lady arb talkers read this I want to say I am a new man and completely blameless and the others led me astray :biggrin:

My ex wife had that. Bought the lamp and vits. Didn't work. Next theory: her Mom, Dad, sister, brother had all conspired against her hence the sadness....hmm!

 

Must be me! I 'worked too much, fished too much, shot too much etc'. Didn't work either :001_smile:

 

So she enrolled on some 'look at yourself and others around you beligerence course' and hey presto.....it was me! All's well then? Get rid of the thing that's causing the problem. So she did...and guess what? She's still searching and taking the vits.

if its a simple case of S A D then its only a case of unballanced chemical levels in the brain. so your going to want all those little things that give you a rush of serotonin, and from personal expirience there's only one real solution......... sex and lots of it wahahaha
