It was good being able to reach over the root plate of the smaller tree, cut the stem with the shear and knock back the root plate in one action. The smaller ones often have more twang then the larger one.

No doubt it would, but i haven't got one. I am having to move timber which is hidden by the brash,  which i can't do with a rake.

A quick bit of rigging just before Christmas. To stop the branches rolling down the hill we used mostly verticle speed lining.

Quick and simple just like me !

I don't get alot if these loverley trees, but they generally need some creative rigging,  hence the videos.

There has been a lot of other domestic jobs between these two, but nothing of note.
