I assume your asking about the finished picture of said tree?

 

Personally i dont like it, but we dont know what the spec was.

 

Im a believer in taking out a tree when it gets to big and replanting with a suitable replacment instead of reductions.

The bit where he takes his helmet off, Then puts it back on again reminds me of the shampoo advert :lol:

 

If the customer wanted left like that, Then he did a good job!! Its been cut back hard in the past, Maybe it gets done like that every few years.

Maintaining a pollard, good work in my view!!!!

 

Looked good to me to as a re-pollard, hard to just shape from camera angle, didn,t look perfect but it may of been angle. Its a Lime it,ll come back and given that its in Europe where often the tree work is sometimes different but not necesarily wrong to what we would do.
