One of my clients has asked me to set up a system for them and their staff to use. They need to be able to upload job sheet specs, files, photos etc, also their staff need to be able to collaborate as well. I Have been looking at a few options online but wondered if anyone here is using something they could recommend?

Very much depends on their needs and specification. Could they work with Evernote?

Allows them to upload and share any type of information and the Android or iOS apps provide access to anything on the go.

It may not be suitable for project management although you can make it work with reminders and the like.

I have used Dropbox for years, works well as long as you remember not to update a file before the system has synchronised when you switch a laptop or whatever on.

Mind you I am the only user -not sure how it would work if miltiple users were involved.

I'll take a look at Evernote. Still trying to get a feel of their exact needs. Its not a tree surgery business so i'm slightly out of my comfort zone even though I have been managing their site for a year now and am getting a good feel of what they do.
