There are some stunning traditional and contemporary stoves out there - which do you prefer and why?

 

Personally I prefer a traditional stove design as I think this gives you the full experience.

It all depends, mostly on the integrity of the design, with some allowance for whimsy, but mostly on the suitability and excellence of the materials used and thoughtful construction.

And "I just know" what I like, but my tastes are remarkably catholic.

They are beautiful stoves, truly.

I love the design, always have. The convection tubes are actually really effective, and the layout of the stove, taking long logs, is really practical.

Yea I like it to J . Looks like it should be lined up at Santa pod for the standing quarter....?

The industrial ones are even more impressive :D
