I reckon it's Chinese.
In the last photo, you can see the clutch plates are old and worn.
The top handle is the wrong shape.
The side nuts look wrong.
I'd be cautious.

100% fake.
Look at the chain brake handle.

It looks pukkah, too well made for a Chinese copy. Look at the acresinternet pictures and you will see one exactly the same. The price is optimistic though.

Am I right in thinking its 'chain guard' rather than brake handle? That did make me suspicious.

Can you even get Chinese 090s? Or is it just an 070 with 090 top end ( is that even possible?)
