How Cold!

Recorded -9.1 deg C in my yard today, can you beat it?

Nope, but I had -5 as I lay out watching for deer that didn't turn up!

Car said -10.5 yesterday morning - not convinced it was totally accurate but it was bloomin cold!

My mothers car read -9 C this morning when I went to thaw it out for her. Brrrrrr.

Now that we live by the sea we're always a few degrees warmer than inland, but in 1996 when I was living in the hills near here I measured -26 outside my back door, It actually hurts to breathe when its that cold. It was -6 in the house LOL.

In Frankfurt at the moment, its been -9 for a few nights, and - 13 last night.

When the burner goes out in the truck its 'kin cold.

 

Had a shower yesterday and the waste pipe had frozen, thought i would sort it in the morning so left the water in the shower tray, well it froze solid overnight:w00t:
