Lightweight work trousers recommendations please

I can’t recommend these trousers enough. Had them for two years now and wear them for everything outdoors when not in Pfanners.
They stretch, they block the wind (from the outside at least !), reinforced knees, good pockets and the cut is so comfy sometimes you have to double check you’ve actually remembered to put them on !!!

Bought a Deerhunter jacket 25 years ago at a game fair. One of the pockets got torn off on barbed wire but I still rely on it as being waterproof and being my most comfortable jacket[emoji1303]
The wife won’t be seen with me when I wear it though[emoji3]

Just opened a new pack of them i'd bought awhile ago  but kept un-used -  yeah see what u mean material is different  & not the same design don't like ?

I wear 4.99 jeans from Tesco or if it’s warm army surplus cotton camo trousers approx 8.99 delivered off tinter net .

cheap and cheerful lightweight ones from mountain warehouse.   do get a size bigger as can split between legs if too neat but i get a year out of a pair roughly and around £20,    very light thin trousers.

Call me a tight bastard but I really like Fjallraven G-1000 trousers and buy good used ones for about £30 each. Just bought another 3 pairs and they seem almost brand new, feel bad for using them for work to be honest. But really well made can be waterproofed with their wax etc.

Where do you get used ones from? Ebay?

Yeh just on ebay. I tend to look for second hand sellers, I guess they arrive in store and the best of the bunch end up on eBay?
