Can't remember if I've posted this before or not, but thought it would belong here nicely.

 

One of the guys on the team, practicing a bit of balet on this willow take down a few months back.

i seperated the ligaments from the big ball and socket at the top of my leg doing that kind of stunt years ago Dave, 6 weeks off work. Looks cool though lol

 

It's probably been about 5 years since I could of got away doing that without a sickening wince :blushing:
