Its going well mate, When im fit haha Ive been off for a week, Tore some ligaments on some vertabrae in my lower back last monday, was sore as fook Matt, gutted, its much better now but not good enough to work, Hopefully a couple more days and its hould be ok,

 

Not been my year for injurys
