Are you accident prone then.

No not at all its just that their is no road to where I live at all.

I just want to be safe and cover myself as much as possible, when I go in the woods I tell someone and take a rucksack full of first aid and a fully charged phone.

Don't get me wrong I might come across as pillock with no idea, I wear the right gear heavy as it is.

An ambulance is not possible only a helicopter. Hence why I am looking at daft stuff like wound clot.

5 minutes is a long time.

Yes I am a new to chainsaws but I don't post silly posts on YouTube waving saws in the air like wollys.

I respect and fear my saws and it will stay that way to keep me safe.

If you are as far as you say then two or three flares and smokes would not go amiss, if you buy them you probably won’t use them if you don’t !!!!!

Might be a good idea thanks, their is a road but it's worse than a green lane.

Ambulance staff have walked to someone and pushed them half a mile in a wheel chair.

It sounds extreme but it adds up where I am.

Thank you.

ImageUploadedByArbtalk1546250341.585446.jpg before you start trying to stop your bleed with bandages or haemostatic agent try position elevation and pressure, indirect of direct, if the wound is on a limb which’s is often the case in arb injuries try one of these combat tourniquets, arrest the flow then apply your dressing and monitor the circulation to the end of the limb, release the pressure when needed.
