you were asking about tow behind - but this video shows a nice setup I've not seen used in UK - a big PTO chipper (ideal conny basher) behind a trailer behind a tractor - how is the chipper powered - I mean does a PTO shaft run under the trailer and only get connected when stationary or what?

Stoke-on-Trent City Council used to run what looked like a reverse silage trailer with shaft running straight through it and a wheeled PTO chipper towed behind it.

Some tool in its day and I was poking Birch into it with a 13 tonner, no grabs or grapples, just the bucket.?

Nice outfit, bit of a leap from a 6” Timberwolf though!
