I still love my work, but the downside now seems to be the lack of cameraderie that comes with being part of a large team. .

 

thats what i miss Andy, the laugh and the stories you get when working in a team of good guys, but i can only justify 1 lad and me doing silly wee jobs in a van and gloria so i can get time with the family, the second i work further afield with more kit and staff then the head ache begins and the cash flow stops:thumbdown:

That is my trouble a sad loner that is why when Andy or someone calls in i won't let them go and i chat them to death:lol:

 

i love my own company, well thats until i met like minded guys on here, normal folk annoy me, you know the ones that go shopping on their own accord and talk about fitba and golf:sneaky2:if you like a good natter then drop me a line Dave, huck and dean dodge my calls now:biggrin:

One thing I regret is working long hours when my kids were young. If I could turn the clock back I would change it, even though I would have struggled financially.

 

Smart clothes and new toys don't make up for your Dad not getting home until after you're in bed.
