Not just you! I blame the rain - everything slips. Pinched finger last week, cuts and scratches everywhere, cut thumb, bruised knuckle today. All minor but annoying!

Been coppicing on a 1 in 3 brake, that with the rain is like felling on a ski slope.

My Haix boots have been next to useless in terms of grip - a big ask, I know.

Might invest in a pair of Treeme aqua stops with the extra screw-in studs. Anyone tried them?

i once tried studs in some old c/saw boots waist of time unless your walking on the timber itself. or planning to stamp on someones head:sneaky2:

When I do something I do it right :001_rolleyes:

Tile round the bog or under it ?

Tile up to the bath or completey tile under ?

Tile round the drain hole or diamond drill after tiling ?

Dean,

Always tile under if possible. Drilling is neater if you have decent kit.

Then, when you have learnt this, and realised you are not a tiler, get your mate to do it, who is, and do his trees for him.

Glad you haven't submitted any post recently about starting a nuclear war with a tile-cutter or something...
