MS260 back from the repair shop... not working

when you have removed the plug turn engine over if it turns over 360 degrees with out plug in ?  check that it is the correct plug for the machine ? they may have put the wrong spec plug in it , some one brought me a rtrimmer that was doing same thing ok short reach plug in it but slackend it off about 3 turns and engine turned over fully put a different plug in and it was fine,

No idea! Came back to the bench to have another look at it and without doing anything could turn the flywheel no trouble.

Turning it back wards against the starter mechanism/cord ? Was it a sharp stop or did it have a bit of sponginess to it ?
