Its only a Nikon D80 – cost about £800 two years ago (worth about £250 now). I think modern cameras depreciate quicker that X type Jags!

 

Still taking QUALITY pictures though mate :thumbup1:

They are great pics! nice one.

 

Apparently, the Robin regularly used to flank forraging wild boars, when they were more common i the countryside, we have kind of replaced them in a way, thats why when you are turning an area of ground over, a cheeky little Robin will never be too far away, darting it to grab tasty bits and pieces.

 

real friendly little fellas, but very terratorial, and vicious towards other Robins in their patch!

I guy I knew used to say Robbins are reincarnated foremen, they just love to watch you work.

the most territorial bird in the british isles i was told, get a fake one john and start a fight and watch the little fella go, or hang some nibbles infront of the mirror on the truck. great shots, it things like that that make you love our job
