Come on Mick, there has to be more to it than just money – surely? If it was just about money I’d be working in a print factory, working every God-given hour and taking home 40k a year; either that or working as a gynaecologist.

Trust me, Mrs Beaver isn't a pretty sight in her dotage! You'd want £100k p/a for that! :laugh1:

Did your wife have no say in the matter Dave? :001_tongue:

Very little :001_tongue:

She was happy to have the first two, but she blames me for the second two :blushing:

I always wanted lots of kids, I'd have more if it was down to me.

Although I have to admit that as my youngest is getting bigger (shes just turned 5) we are able to do far more things as a family, without a toddler to worry about :001_smile:

I once had a neighbour who was s/e, as a window fitter. He had family (5kids) yet had no motivation to go to work, and would think of every excuse not to go. He had a contract for a local farm to install 56 houses with double glazing, fascias etc and he blew it big time, so they gave the contract to someone else. He went bankrupt, took 3weeks holiday in the States, came back bought a new car and a new van for work, and took on a paper round. Who needs motivation when bankruptcy will help you along the way?:001_rolleyes:

:congrats:

My dad had a real hard time with a failed business, but he refused to go bust.

He did whatever he had to, to make sure NONE of his creditors lost a single penny!!
