Mud Terrains would help, but on ground that soft sometimes they just dig you a deeper hole. Bigger diameter tyres are important, no good having BFGs if your diffs are stuck in the ground.

If it was an old Landy, I would have took the spark plugs out and put her in lowest gear with diff locked and wound her out using the starting handle. (had to do it once)

Phil I have lost count of the times I got stuck with the truck.... mostly rescued myself with much sweat and a turfor winch.:sneaky2::biggrin:

i remember having to winch your truck out with a mile a minute chain hoist at that bloody pine job in the rain with mark

Why not just get a small winch and fasten it on to a tow eye and some croc cables to the battery, be surprised how little it'd take to unstuck it. Probably a ton or ton and half would do it.

 

Mogs are ok till they get stuck then they are really stuck!!!
