Chainsaw cutting squint with new bar and chain

I have a 560xp and it kept cutting squint bar was dressed and chain was sharp and even so I decided to buy a brand new bar and chain however the problem still persists but only with this one saw and I’ve no idea how to solve this any ideas ???

Try it on another saw and the other saw's bar/chain on yours.

One side of the chain might be rubbing on the clutch. Had the same on my 562. It would cut straight for a bit then it would start to cut on the wonk so I would sharpen it then it would do the same again. The chain looks and feels sharp but if you look at the clutch side of the chain you will see a slight line where it's hitting the clutch. Had a friend who had four 560 and it's happened to them to. I would not of known it was that unless he did not say about it

I heard somewhere ( on here ) that there was a " dodgy " batch of rim sprockets . Slightely conical dragging the chain to one side . Try putting the rim on the other way round to eliminate this at least .

I will have a look funaly enough I put the verniers on one yesterday and one bit it's slightly wider the the other. But the dealer put a new drum and sprocket on it so hopefully that will work

I had a look your right one side of the chain is rubbing off the cluch cheers man would never have worked this out ?
