Always good to watch your work, Reg. Nice one for taking the time to film it and share it.
Does filming your work slow the job down any?

It can be a pita at times. But you don't really lose much time. Thanks

Nicely done as always. Is that the tree you posted about looking at a couple of years back? Biggie for sure.

What a memory you have. But no, that ones still stood up.

Sun's out. Guns out!! Good work Reg. I might have to make another video one day. Srt all the way here now!! Took me a while to get round to it but had a load of snow damaged corsicans this year (50 plus so far) so had to learn quick!! No going back. Ddrt for little trees and maybe some take downs.

Hi, well no, can't run at all at the moment. Its been two years since I did a whole triathlon. I had Achilles problems and then when that was better another problem came along. Turns out to be arthritis in one ankle, which I now believe to be because of footlocking. I was never any good but footlocking was my main access method for 15 years.

Anyway, day to day I have no trouble at all, only running. So, simple solution, no more running but lots more swimming. I swim 3 to 4 times a week in coached swim sessions, going really well and feeling fitter than ever with no injuries. Got  a few long swim events planned for this year.

Do you fancy a go at triathlon then Reg? Tree climbing is too easy so we need a challenge these days!

You took to it better than I did obviously!  Going to the arb show?

Had to Steve. Did a corsican last week, good 80 footer, all the branches in the top 20feet. Up it in 10minutes from arrival on site and still with energy to finish it and get to next job. If I could have footlocked it I would have been more tired plus ankles dont like footlocking now. SRT definitely not as smooth, and so feels a lot less posey than slick Ddrt can feel, but the job just gets done quickly.

Dont think I will be going to the show this year.
