After a milling saw

Recommended Posts

Hi all. I've got myself set up with an Alaskan and put my ms260 in but as predicted, it's under powered and just hasn't go the guts to mill, it cuts slow and just feels like it's harming the saw.

Looking for something bigger. Minimum ms460 size (75ish cc) but ideally ms660 size (90ish cc). Don't mind something a bit older like an 056 etc. The saw will only be used for milling and only in a 24inch mill for now, might get a bigger mill one day though.

Has anyone gone something they are looking to sell? I'm based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, happy to travel a reasonable distance. Don't want to spend crazy money since it's only a hobby.

Let me know if you're looking to sell a big saw.

Thanks

Toby

I wish I hadn't sold my 076! Made me grin every time I used, but I didn't think I was going to get a mill and I needed some cash[emoji32]
great saws

I know they are wicked but I have a 66 84 and 88 so really it doesn't come out to play that often. It's the noise they make that makes me smile the most!
