Foot Ascender Recommendation

Newbie here to foot ascenders...can any of you just confirm that they are ok to be fitted round spikes? I use the bashlin twisted steel shank spikes, and am considering buying the CT or stein foot ascender. Thanks

i put on my petzl pantin first as normal then tuck my spike shank underneath at the front, seems to work fine.

My pantin, just fits on with my spikes, straps could do with being slightly longer, but then got size 11 feet. Gecko alloy spikes and leather foot straps.
