Can you imagine the uproar if the BBC had a job advert that specified no blacks or Asians? Yet somehow it's ok to specify that white people aren't to apply for jobs... 

 

It's disgusting that left wing organisations can get away with this.

The BBC are an absolute disgrace. Not only is it totally racist towards whites, as seems to be BBC standard operating procedure these days, it's undermining towards ethnic minorities. 

 

If I lived in a black or Asian dominated country and ran a business and needed to hire staff. I 1000% guarantee you that my workforce would be entirely black or Asian unless a member of the white minority excelled beyond the level of his black/ Asian counterparts. At least my employees would feel valued and know they got there on their own merit.
