The guy knows his stuff he helps some of the world's most successful athletes with there nutrition and training and is a very successful powerlifter i have definitely benefited allot from his knowledge

I definitely think that people's views on sodium are just what they were told as kid it's bad for u don't eat it and they never actually find out if it actually is we work in a very physically active industry and should pay attention to what we eat as much as we can

I’m going to look into this.

I’ve just accepted ‘salt is bad’ because my Dad suffered from high blood pressure and always had to avoid it.

He died from a heart attack last year.

I love my salt, and have always had low blood pressure like my Mam.

Ironically I’ve just started another creatine cycle!

I can definitely say that creatine is a waste of time the most anabolic substance on the planet is food the best thing u can do for any training is eat right ! Vitamin D is really important
