Only if you go on top. Shoulders aint up to much...

don't give up on your shoulders. i used to be quite a good rock climber and over the years have had frozen shoulders and tendonitis. physio and steroid injections may help

Today was brutal. Semi crapping it most of day. Got some high limb walks done out of sheer "fuck itness" Everywhere I've previously broke a bone in the past aches apart from my back of all things. What the hell have I got myself into....

The best job I've ever had. Confidence in kit and competence will come with time, aches and pains will reduce with repetition and possibly refining kit - going to Treemotion harness removed a lot of twisting and really helped for me. Have a look at the Chimp Paradox, Steve Peters for some mind management if needed. ?
