The way i adjusted the length of bungee was to tie a piece on bottom biner on the zigzag then onto the croll.

The length will be just right when you can fully extend your leg then  let the  bunjee pull your knee up to the point where its at 45° angle to your torso.

Hope that makes sense

Copied this exact setup, attaching it to my hitchclimber was 10000 times better than straight to my knee or elsewhere on my bridge, had to play around with shortening my bungee a bit but works a dream now! It's 7:30 in the evening and I have the strength to drink my cup of tea, the future is bright! :)
