Knee Ascender attachment

Double it up and then again it has enough elasticity.

 

I used a home made one for years until I bought a HAAS Velux.

One end on a footloop the other with a xrse on My hitchclimber wrench set up, some times I will clip on to the harness but find it gets a lot better return on the hitchclimber.

As some have said before- i attached a croll onto an old tool strop as a footloop with a couple of cable ties and some bungee cord onto my zigzag.

Pretty straight forward.

I did try to attatch the croll to my knee with a velcro strap but that didnt work..

Thanks chaps, think I just need to experiment with the length of bungee used. How far below do your croll's sit below your hitchclimber/zigzag with the bungee fully relaxed; right up to your love sack or still near the knee?

Never checked without troos on, but reckon near love sack. Depends how excited you get

The way i adjusted the length of bungee was to tie a piece on bottom biner on the zigzag then onto the croll.

The length will be just right when you can fully extend your leg then  let the  bunjee pull your knee up to the point where its at 45° angle to your torso.

Copied this exact setup, attaching it to my hitchclimber was 10000 times better than straight to my knee or elsewhere on my bridge, had to play around with shortening my bungee a bit but works a dream now! It's 7:30 in the evening and I have the strength to drink my cup of tea, the future is bright!
