Any advice for so called tree surgeons with no certs working in my area ???

Do they have caravans ? If so I would not give them any advise .  My advise to you how ever , is crack on , do your best , and don't worry about anyone else . If you work to a good standard it will be evident in time .

Perhaps ARB Approval (not for "them!") might be a way of further marginalsing the less scrupulous / un-scrupulous. Don't expect people / MoPs to be aware of the accreditation but it does present an opportunity to highlight the fact your independently assessed and approved and that may, with some customers, give the extra level of reassurance they seek.

maybe someone higher up the chain would think your a rogue? 

Do you run a overloaded van, you rogue you? 

 

Just worry about your own thing and not other people's

I was jokingly called a rogue trader a few weeks ago by the crew comedian after taking cash off a little old lady

In my defence I simply stated that she was younger than me [emoji846]
