@Glenn321

you cant go wrong with a bit of Americana unless it’s a Vermeer which can be fragile, the Carlton’s Morbarks and especially Bandits are robust machines that are simple to keep going if you have a semi decent understanding of how they work. And as you state you own a Landrover your obviously a dab hand with the spanner’s. I’d go for it over a Forst or European chipper.

We do run Timberwolfs and Firsts to just because they are light but also what I’d class as disposable. A good American machine will give a good service life in my humble opinion.

Cheers for the replies guys.

Again personal opinion but I completely agree with you Marc.

Mick, bandit looks good. It's just 5k more than the Carlton that I know of. With some of the support from guys who've replied I'm happy to repair it myself if needed. As mentioned I have a Land Rover haha, I'm really happy on the mechanics stuff (probably better on the spanners than tree work haha)

Must say I'm fairly new on here, never really been one for forums but I'm starting to appreciate them haha, Some good info and advice to be had, much appreciated.

Don't know what it'll be going for but sounds like the same as a bandit 90xp
Mason's woodchippers have this 1 in at moment which might be worth a look as you know you will have the back up from global for it.

That is sweet, good price as well.
