hello all

i suspect this topic has been posted before but havent been able to find it on here!

i've been sporting Stretch-Air type Cs for a number of years in england, finding them much more durable than Hi-Flex and better water resistance in the british winter. however, having recently relocated to the Pacific coast of New Zealand i'm finding them to be insanely hot to work in and very uncomfortable. Its spring now, around 26degreesC, and summer is well on its way and will be heating up significantly.

Does anyone have any reccomendations or advice on protective gear and general tips for working in warmer climates.

i'm sure this is a gripe for many climbers thought it would be an interesting discussion.
