Hey, but been serious now,

For an old type Avant 528 you did not do to bad, Your machine looks tidy you must really look after her, :cool1:

 

The older Avants with the double section telescopic boom always seemed to lift a load better than the more modern single piece boom found on the newer machines.

Never ceases to amaze me what machine will pick up. Got three weights on the back, and sometimes need one of the lads to stand on the weights as well to keep the back end on the ground!

I found it on eBay last year, been looking for ages. Came from a trenching company, and all they really used it for was back filling the trenches with a snowplough attachment.

That silage grab is ok, but those upper tines bend if they don’t like the shape of the wood and you’re not quick enough on the button.
 
The bottom farm type are tempered and hold their shape.



Got the MO log grab ordered. With me next week. The muck grab was just for today. Appreciate the info though. I am mainly going to use it for shifting brash piles.
