People support fox hunting but disagree with Halal, and rarely, Kosher meat production.

I think it's a good thing to care for animals, I get on better with animals than I do with humans.

Humans are animals after all though. Look after everything, or don't. BB isn't a saint, she shouldn't be idolised as such.

She did have good tits.

I’m not idolizing her, I’m just objecting to you throwing Nazi accusations.

Fair enough.

I take people and situations as I find them, and she doesn't have a good record for being anything other than a white supremacist who likes wildlife.

"Brigitte Bardot has died and was widely regarded as aligned with the French far right due to her repeated anti-immigration and anti-Islam statements, multiple convictions for inciting racial hatred, and her public praise for figures such as Jean-Marie Le Pen and sympathy toward the Front National/National Rally.
She was also in some films and liked animals."

‘Often labelled a neo nazi’

Well, if someone wrote it it must be true.

She didn’t like the way Islam or Judaism ritually killed animals, neither does the huge majority of people.

She didn’t like Islam, immigration, or Islamic immigrants, and was rich enough to be able to say it, so what?

She did do huge amounts for animal welfare in France, cared more for animals than people.

Whether that puts her in credit with you or anyone else in the Good/Bad books is irrelevant tbh.

On that basis the "neo nazi" movement must be growing by an alarming rate.

I imagine it's easier when they can't challenge your opinions.

Nope, it's because they just do what they want and any evolutionary prejudice they might have is inherently theirs. It's not learned behaviour.

What is it if not learned behaviour?

Then as humans we can work on our self-control.

We are (mostly) domesticated primates. There will be times where we get the urge to go all in, but we don't, not for fear of losing the fight, because we've reasoned ourselves out of it. Humans can train themselves out of bad habits. Most animals aren't afforded that luxury.

What I'm getting at, is that people have choice as to who or what they choose to hate. There will be an element of "Shit that snake doesn't look good", which makes sense in evolutionary terms. But we should be beyond animalistic impulses in 2025.
