Right guys, help required once again.

Abit of a daft question, and the answers probably staring me in the face but i just cant think atm.

Whats the easiest way to check i have 4wd, or drive to both axles?

I have a feeling i only have 2wd atm, but i havnt had anything go bang, and theres no strange noises when i drive. Probably just me being paranoid lol

find a really muddy field and see if you get stuck lol , of failing that take it down to tommers place lol on a serious not i guess you would need to jack up all four corners and put her in frst and see what happens

I was hoping to go into the field but some buggers dumped some rubbish in the way

I somehow got the idea in my head that 4wd wasnt working right, not really sure how. I now wanna check it, its annoying me not knowing lol

You only need to jack up one wheel front and back, because in 4 wheel drive you only have one wheel driving on each axle. Unless you have diff locks.

landrovers constant four wheel drive ! is it low ratio you got problem or high ratio ??

So its a newer landy??

If its constant four wheel drive, you only really get one wheel driving, the wheel with the least resistance.

. if a half shaft has gone, you wont go anywhere without difflock. does youre diff lock light illuminate? if you put it in diff lock, and turn on tarmac, does it scrub tyres/jump/smash transfer box to 1000 pieces?
