I dunno, last time I used bio-oil, and topped it up with mineral, it seemed to go gloopy in the tank and I had to clean right through the oiler system to get it oiling again, a pita, so I would rather flush it right out in future than all that palaver.:001_smile:

What bio oil did you use? Some are ok, some are not.

Ive had this problem to, also if we have a cold night and the saws get cold out in the shed then the chain oil can go real thick and gloopy.
