Check voltage to Solinoid, check connection plug to Solinoid

Check that you have two green lights on the computor circuit board at full Rpm and a steady orange light.

With the igniton on and engine not running, rotate the Pulley so that one spoke is inline with the speed sensor-does an orange light appear on your circuit board?

Reset your Auto stress.Run Engine up to full revs, press top and bottom buttons simultaneously on circuit board untill red light flashes, drop revs 30% and press bottom and middle buttons simultaneously.

See if you can borrow another circuit board,I have had them that showed all the right lights and even reset but after 10minutes failed to work.Running 12V to the posts on your solinoid and not to the plug will tell you if the problem is electrical or mechanical

This is just the Electrical aspect. You could also have

Knakered Hydraulic motor

Low Oil

Broken linkage to hydraulic valve bank

Good luck! You will get it sorted

On mine the taperlock on the cast iron pulley had a hairline crack allowing it to move along the shaft. This increased the gap between the spokes and the sensor, it also allowed the blades to contact the anvil eventually.. worth checking. The taperlock should have one split in it along the radius, not two!
