Jensen roller issues

Hi guys, I've been having trouble with my 530 tracked Jensen with the rollers, I've replace the solenoid on the rollers, made sure the gap on the sensor is fine and moved it forward still no joy. Is it something hydraulic related, all fluids topped up and fine. It's got me stumped now

At the risk of sounding an idiot ......but have adjusted the speed dial ?

Yes moved it from slow to fast and does nothing

Are the rollers moving.

Very slowly and if you put a branch in stops it

Turn your stress off, do the rollers speed up. Do you have the safety switches on the side on your model?

How old is the machine? Is it an open gear model?

I would put a direct feed onto the solenoid to check if it is the antistress that is playing up.

Another thing to check would (depending on the age of the machine) is the antistress control board. At full revs their should be three little leds lit up, two green and one orange.

 

A problem i had, rollers kept stopping. So i would reset the antistress then it would happen again. Basically it was crud in the fuel tank and it was blocking the filters and slowly the revs would drop till the the antistress would kick in. Eventually worked it out and got a good amount of sludge out of the tank. Probably not the best idea having the diesel feed at the bottom of the tank as if will drag through any sediment.

He's a 2006 machine with closed in hydraulic gears, I've got 3 lights on the computer and it seem to be revving flat out and can't get anymore out of it. But will try the other suggestions later

the three lights would imply the that the anti-stress has got power, is receiving signal from the sensor and also sending power to the solenoid. Going on the electrical theme, i would check the solenoid is getting power from the control board. I think afer that you would need to be checking hyd oil pressure but sounds like the solenoid to me.
