I think its provabky tge grounds mai tence company that have organised it pretty shocking though.

 

It is fairly normal round here though unfortunatly.

There is nothing wrong with that type of work imo if the trees still serve a purpose. Let's face it they are probably there for one reason only, and it's far better than no trees at all. I doubt whoever is paying for it would get them lightly trimmed every year or so.
