I thought they are hazel but this because I am no expert and I used to hear the two wards together coppice + Hazel.

Will wait for leaves and flowers to show.

Here is a different picture, I don't know if I call this coppice

But what they have done is cut the branches partially and let the fall to the gound something like hedge laying but I believe this was done when she wood for phasent breeding.

This picture was taken middle of February.
