oil lock on skid steer

Vermeer skid steer went over yesterday, had to get recovered as it wont start!

Any ideas before I look at it tomorrow? Being told to pull injectors out and spin the fan to expel any oil as it mite be oil locked.

If the thing was revving its nuts off when it went over and eventually died its probably already ingested oil and damage is done. If it just stopped or was turned off you`r OK. Just clear the cylinders, check the air filter as well , check fluids and fire it up.

Dosen't sound promising but fingers crossed

Don't try too hard to start it try removing heater plug or injectors and turn by hand you might get by with a short block ours went over and bent the crank shaft when it siezed

4 cylinder kubota! Machine has 40 hours on it, couldn't sleep last night worrying about!

Was on full revs when it went over, took about 30 secs to turn it off. Stop it back up and left it, wont even turn over

 

I've only known it on ford engines and not on full revs but they all locked after inversion.

 

Left upright for a day or so and the oil drained back, a modern engine with tighter tolerances may hold the oil longer, and then turned by hand to ensure it was free and it fired up okay with no apparent damage, I still have the two tractors and both work

Got it up and running, it had basically **** the whole sump into 3 out of 4 cylinder's
