Stihl have a policy that says that we have to do a "professional handover" of any machines.

This is why you can't buy them on the internet.

Are you finding it a negative for Stihl? ie you selling more husky stuff because of the stihl prob?

I've got the biggest stihl backpack, maybe br600?

I typically don't even have to rake, obviously pick up the bigger stuff, but the blower is amazing as it will blow the heaviest of debri left. I've been asked if I've vacuumed the lawn.

It's not as bad as I thought it would be, but I price it right and people will travel if they have a few other bits they need.:001_smile:

what are you up to in tavistock mate? business or pleasure...

might have to nip up for a 'professional hand-over' as i might be in the market for some stihl equipment in the future, and your prices are excellent....

We've bought a BR600 recently and we don't know how we've ever managed without it. We had a handheld, but that wasn't cutting the mustard anymore. On most domestic jobs we just blast the entire garden and driveway for that beyond call of duty finish that the customer loves, just because it's so effortless.

Five minutes of pretending to be a ghostbuster is better than half an hour raking.

One word of warning, the backpack ones are thirsty.
