Stump on bank, ideas?

Any novel ideas to get this sycamore stump out..

 

The garden is accessible from first floor only. Equipment could be lifted in over a balcony.

Long day with one of these:

Alpine Magnum Portable Stump Grinders and Trenchers

Tirfor with ground anchor and a good pick axe or mathook plus the odd old chain and bar.

Get Joe Newton in for the day, give him a spade and a mattock and tell him there is a massive stash of gay porn hidden under the stump.

If none of the above are viable, take us much off with ya saw, get a rotatech chain & cut as many deep cross hatched cuts to remove as much Wood as you can & fill with firelighters etc, Stoke with blower. Marshmallows are optional.

...or on a scaffold frame. Pat Ferrett did some stumps for me years ago using this method. Can't find the pics though.
