What a load of rubbish I am no nipper and I train a minimum of four nights a week I have been into power lifting my whole life i am a contract climber and not working hard doesn't really work I wouldn't get much work if that's the way I behaved

Out of interest, Don, how tall, heavy and built are you? From reading about and seeing pictures of your work on here (which I think is very good btw), my guess is that you are a monster that swings a 66 in a tree like a big silky.

Tree work keeps me fit and helps with endurance in the gym I think as tree climbers we are used to aches and pains which is a good thing cos lifting heavy weights for years will definitely give u a few niggles

I have no time for any form if team sports it's hard enough getting to the gym enough tree work 5-6 days a week leaves very little time
