So have you had good experience with them skyhuck?

 

No I have no personal experience of them which is why I did NOT pass an opinion on them.:)

 

But one of the guys that subies to me from time to time has one of the older ones and is very happy with its performance :wave:

?? Even Yorkshireman admits that the older ones were a bit pants, perhaps your subby just doesn't have very high expectations from an older machine??:wave:

If you read what the yorkshireman wrote,he said they had done some mods on the earlier ones.

So is it not more likely that thats whats happened?:heeeelllllooooo:

I think that is a very good point I do some work with a guy with a landforce. I would say it is the worst chipper i have ever used even worse then a dosko.

 

Interesting, I've not use either,can you be more specific as to what the faults were?

I have used several landforce machines. the earlier ones had elecrical issues, nothing major, just irritating. It's not the most refined machine, but they EAT wood, which speaks volumes. Agressive and easy to use. Favorite chipper? No. Value for money? Top of the pile.
