Do you have a lot of experience with Landforce?

What problems did you encounter?

Advice is only of use if it has some substance,IMO.

gotta agree here. when the time comes, I will give ALL companies that want to talk to me or demo their product, a fair crack of the whip and will make the decision myself. What's more important to me, is not how fast it chips per se, it's how well it chips, how well it deals with crotches and forks, and very importantly dealer or manufacturer ongoing support. filling the truck with chip in 4 minutes flat is all well and good, but id rather it be fast enough in all situations and give me peace of mind.

at this juncture I would much rather do a thorough job than a quick job

Had a demo on one, rollers are shite - not enough downwards pressure on the top one, tends to just strip the bark on awkward shaped branches rather than break them up and chip them - very much like the early greenmechs.

So have you had good experience with them skyhuck?

i've been involved with these for 4 years now

& to start with they didnt really grasp what was required & werent much better than early greenmech so we did some modifications a 'lot' of them about a hundred i think

now they do do what you need them too

i posted a vid on the equipment forum that was taken three years ago & was of the 40hp 8"
