To answer your questions in order, here you go, buddy; and almost certainly, yes, but to put it succinctly: nowhere near enough in the grand scheme of things, but more than the previous administration; definitely more than the next administration assuming a Republican win; and hopefully not as much as the next crowd assuming a Democrat win.

Think you'll find that's incorrect, the largest reduction was during the Donald due to the switch to shale gas instead of coal.

 

Closing manufacturing and moving to Mexico doesn't count

Oh I thought he’d been to China or India etc and got them to stop this coal burning type of thing, then they could be as amazing as we are and of course business could be saddled with the same crippling energy costs as they are here, maybe they could shut  down the respective domestic oil and gas industries as labour wants to do here and they can import it from elsewhere. Meanwhile across the line the Norwegian sector is booming.
